The Council to Modernize Governance is CAIP's newest line of effort, examining how public institutions and private enterprises alike can be made more accountable, transparent, and effective.
It convenes reformers from government and the boardroom to modernize the machinery of self-government — building a more capable, more trusted republic without enlarging it.
